How this expansion works
Membership-only grocery shopping for wholesale Costco invites its members across most states in the USA to have their warehouse club buys delivered right through their doors through Uber Eats. Call your family and friends!
It is this week when the two companies announced the expansion from 17 states to a whopping 47, making it the true expansion you’re looking for. Right now,
“We are thrilled to expand our partnership with Costco nationwide, giving Costco members more ways to shop and bringing the brand’s storied selection and value to more consumers,” stated Andrew Macdonald, the president and chief operating officer of Uber. “Costco is one of the largest and most trusted retailers in the country for good reason, and our nationwide partnership demonstrates the scale and opportunity Uber can bring to retailers looking to meet more of consumers’ everyday shopping needs.”
The RSF team and ridesharing media reached out to Costco for a statement, since there are no available statements from these people on official press releases.
How Costco delivery through Uber Eats works
Costco members can log-in to the Uber Eats official app to shop for their preferred Costco products, may these be fresh produce, bulk groceries, household essentials, and other items sold at their local warehouse. They can select on-demand or scheduled delivery, giving them another option when they don’t want to make a trip to Costco. But, then again, if you are not a Costco member, don’t bother to launch the Uber Eats app for this offer.
Members can search for Costco on the growing Uber Eats app, and opt for their nearest warehouse. As they add items to their cart, they will need to verify their membership. See?
They may also choose whether they want their order delivered on demand or at a scheduled time. Yes, yes, yes, these customers can also track their orders in real time as they are shipped and delivered.
Costco’s reach includes the USA, Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico, Japan, Korea, Great Britain, Australia, Taiwan, China, Spain, France, Sweden, and so much more! For more food delivery news, then keep browsing this website! You’re incredible, and amazing! See you around!
