Will The Krispy Kreme ‘Harry Potter’ Doughnuts Be Available On Uber Eats, Too?

The Krispy Kreme “Harry Potter” doughnuts experience is like being visited by Hagrid, and being told, “You’re a wizard.” Then, you get the letter of invitation to the wizarding and witchcraft school.

Actually, there really is this official invitation letter from Krispy Kreme cordially inviting you to try their “Harry Potter”-themed doughnuts, at least in some countries with more creative marketing teams.

For instance, the Ridesharing Forum team spotted this letter posted on social networking sites, laid out as an innocent letter for a student of wizardry, but not to welcoming them to school, but to trying the doughnuts, of course.

The letter from Krispy Kreme reads, “We are pleased to inform you that you have been selected for a most delicious opportunity… A new flavor adventure is just one spell away.”

It’s really drafted like it’s that letter that Hogwarts students get when they’re welcoming for admission to the wizarding school, except that there are no further information revealed yet.

This is because those “Harry Potter”-themed doughnuts on Krispy Kreme are dropping this August 18th, that’s right.

But, nevertheless, the posters you see circulating around online are real.

What’s inside that doughnut box?

Well, the Harry Potter: Houses of Hogwarts x Krispy Kreme Collection, as this official name implies, features doughnuts baked, taking inspiration from the four Houses in Hogwarts: Gryffindor, Slytherin, Hufflepuff, and Ravenclaw – yes, the order that Professor Minerva has stated.

Just like your Stitch-inspired doughnuts from earlier this year from this same doughnut brand, each “House of Doughnut” will have a distinct flavor.

There’s the unglazed shell doughnut, the Gryffindor doughnut, filled with cookie butter-flavored cream. This doughnut is dipped in red icing and Biscoff cookie crumble prior to being topped with golden icing drizzles and the Gryffindor crest, which appears and tastes like a cake candy.

For the Slytherin doughnut, it’s a chocolate and green buttercream-topped original glazed doughnut with a chocolate cookie sugar blend and Slytherin crest.

Not that the rest of the other doughnuts are not major, but the Hufflepuff Doughnut is unglazed, filled with brown butter toffee-flavored custard. It’s dipped in yellow icing, drizzled with chocolate and cookie crunch, featuring the Hufflepuff badger emblem.

Lastly, for the Ravenclaw doughnut, it’s surprising that you don’t get the red color, but instead a blueberry-flavored icing and topped with sprinkles, plus the emblem of the House.

So, the main question goes like: are these doughnuts available for ordering on the Uber Eats app?

Well, it’s highly unlikely that it won’t. There are no official updates yet from Uber whether these doughnuts are on the platform come launch day, but for sure, it will be, since most of Krispy Kreme’s menu are on Uber Eats. Except, well, of course, if there are specific policies, such as when the Stitch doughnuts were not available per slice.

Aside from the Hogwarts Houses-inspired doughnuts, there are also limited-time treats, particularly the Sorting Hat Doughnuts – chocolate frosting dip with gold stars and a gold Sorting Hat.
