It also has operations in Baltimore, Maryland, and the surrounding mid-Atlantic areas. It has a total of 163 stores currently across Maryland, Virginia, and District of Columbia. It was founded in the 1930s, offering groceries, pharmacies, and so much more.

Under this landmark partnership, Giant Food’s stores are already live on the Uber Eats marketplace, providing a fresh channel for consumers looking to access thousands of items, such as, but not limited to, fresh foods, pantry staples, household essentials, and alcoholic beverages in select locations, with same-day and on-demand delivery options as well.
It is also poised to strengthen Giant Food’s omni-channel catalog by meeting consumers whenever and however they intend to shop, while keeping the strong local connection that Giant Food is known for in the area.
How to shop Giant Food on Uber Eats? Super simple and easy-peasy. Here are the steps:
- First, launch the official Uber Eats app.
- Then, tap Grocery, and choose a nearby Giant Food location.
- You can then browse a wide array of items.
- Add the desired products to your cart.
- Select your delivery time.
- Place the order.
- Track your order.
