You know what happens when Michelin dining and Uber Eats fuse together? You get Uber Eats Great Britain’s $2 meal deal. Not only will this allow you to enjoy your cravings with class, but your purchases will also be helping charities. Here’s the scoop.
It is so back
The iconic British meal deal has been treating foodies to something worthwhile, and recently, it is back, but this time, collaborating with top chefs to introduce a gourmet twist on the favorite items on the menu.
The menu’s list is found below this line:
- Coronation Lobster (This is the iconic offer from the kitchen)
- Coronation lobster, sambal jam, curry leaf mayo, and crispy samphire and curry leaves
- Tomato crisps with sparkling lemonade
- Rotisserie Chicken & Ssamjang
- Grilled Rotisserie chicken and cheese ciabatta, with pickled carrot slaw, ssamjang, dijon mayo, and green hot sauce
- Chicken crisps + pineapple soda
- Cheese & Honion
- Marinated feta, hot honey peppers, onion mayo and crispy shallots
- Sour cream crisps + lemon and mint sparkling soda
- The VLT (also a signature dish)
- Oyster mushroom “bacon,” pickled green tomato, pickled shallots, bloody mary Ketchup, black garlic mayo, and crispy cauliflower mushrooms
- Tomato crisps + lemon iced tea
Aren’t those delicious? This menu was crafted by co-owners of the restaurants that create it, Jack Croft and Will Murray, critically-acclaimed chefs who have etched a mark on British cuisine, particularly with their viral and trending Chicken Head Pie and Snail Vindaloo Flatbread.
Everything is priced at just around $3!
Uber Eats is delighted about this new undertaking.

We want to celebrate everyday wins and make great food that little bit more accessible, whenever and wherever you need it,” stated Matthew Price, the regional general manager of Uber Eats in Great Britain and northern Europe.

The star offerings on the menu are the Coronation Lobster, which offers innovative twists on your familiar favorites – succulent lobster with crispy curry leaves and freshly picked samphire sambal, all encased in a fresh brioche roll. That’s so Michelin.
Then, there’s also the Rotisserie Chicken & Ssamjang, stuffed with Sutton Hoo Cuban Chicken and the oh-so-spicy, -pleasurable Korean Ssamjang. Yummy, yummy, yummy.
Lastly, for vegans and vegetarians, there’s the signature VLT replacing bacon with veggies, particularly mushrooms.

This Michelin-level menu will be launched at the opening of the Uber Eats Sandwich Studio in London’s Potters Field this July 15th. Prepare your $2! Why couldn’t you?

This menu will also be available for delivery across Manchester and Liverpool on July 17th and 18th, ensuring that more people could enjoy the Michelin treats.
The proceeds of your purchase will be donated to City Harvest, Uber Eats’ partner, a food redistribution charity. This charity rescues nutritious surplus food from farms, wholesalers, manufacturers, and retailers, before delivering them for free to hundreds of thousands of people per week, thanks to organizations feeding those facing poverty.
