There’s been several collaborations thus far between Uber Eats and various companies, so you better keep things organized so you could keep up. Among the most recent tie-ups of this popular food delivery app is that with Thai cuisine, that’s right.
Uber Eats is currently in collaboration with Rosa’s Thai to celebrate “the art of mealtime messiness” via “stain-worthy” shirts. Here’s the scoop.
Rosa’s Thai is actually a restaurant that serves genuine Thai food. So, if your knowledge of Thai food just centers upon Pad Thai and Mango Sticky Rice, then read on.
“Discover the vibrant flavour of Thailand in the heart of your hometown. Experience warm and friendly welcomes in comfortable and cosy surroundings,” says the official website of Rosa’s Thai. “Treat yourself to freshly made aromatic dishes, crafted with love from treasured family recipes.”
Its menu features the following: small plates like Chicken Satay and Papaya Salad, Jarn Diews such as Thai-Spiced Pork Ribs and Chilli & Basil Stir-Fry, curry dishes like Red Duck Pineapple Curry and Seabass Chu Chi, noodles such as Tom Yum and Khao Soi, and, of course, latest recipes like Drunken Noodles and Thai Fish Cake. It’s a Thai feast here.
Under this partnership, the concept of accidental food stains being addressed by these shirts are elevated, so you could enjoy Thai food without the limits.
The shirts are created by Justine Jossart, illustrator, who takes the upon from Red Hot Chili Peppers to name the shirts “Red Hot Thai Classics,” fabrics that are not only bold but also stain-prone, especially when dealing with the sauces of the Khao Soi and Tom Yum noodle soups.
These designs are further elevated with the partnership with Uber, capturing the vibrant colors, complex textures, and visual impact of these iconic Thai dishes, where these spills also become works of art.
Uber Eats spoke about the tie-up, saying, “Our limited-edition t-shirt line is a fun and unique way to celebrate that people across the UK can now get their Rosa’s Thai exclusively through Uber Eats. We hope that people will fully embrace the joy of delicious, messy meals, designed for devouring at home.”
Sorry for doing business, but the restaurant makes the exclusive shirts available when you order from the restaurant’s menu online, via Uber Eats, of course, in select cities across Great Britain, or until stocks last. Rosa’s Thai is available for nationwide delivery via the food delivery platform.
Rosa’s Thai is delighted with this partnership. Its founder, Saiphin Moore, told Ridesharing Forum, “At Rosa’s, we say embrace the mess! A splash or two is a sign of a great meal. Our exclusive Uber Eats bundle celebrates the spills and stains that come with truly great Thai comfort food.”
