Free Lyft rides this Christmas, New Year
As part of the tradition of Lyft, the app is offering another set of free rides this Christmas and New Year. So far, the participating locations are Alexandria in Virginia, and the Washington, District of Columbia areas.
Lyft rides amounting up to $15 will be available free of charge from 10 p.m. to 4 p.m. local time nightly until Thursday, January 1st. As usual, this is in partnership with the SoberRide initiative, which aims to combat drunk driving, especially during special occasions like this.
Drunk driving is among the major issues that are encountered on the road, and Lyft – with this small, simple act – aims to reduce the incidents related to this. Find the coupon codes at around 9 p.m. December 19th and 31st by visiting the official website of SoberRide.
