When you are out there to play casinos after attending the Athletics Las Vegas Series around next week, let Lyft send you home safely, really safely.
Lyft, a leading ridesharing app, has tied up with Nevada’s Zero Fatalities Program and the Athletics, offering safe and discounted rides home after the matches throughout the week of its run.
Nevada’s Zero Fatalities Program is the state’s traffic safety education initiative, designed to eliminate all traffic-related fatalities and severe injuries on Nevada roadways by promoting safe driving behaviors.
On the other hand, the Athletics is the institution overseeing the Athletics Las Vegas Series at Las Vegas Ballpark.
“The collaboration reflects a shared commitment among Zero Fatalities, the Athletics, and Lyft to promote roadway safety and encourage fans to celebrate responsibly throughout the Athletics Las Vegas Series,” stated Zero Fatalities’ initiative manager Anita Pepper. “Every safe ride helps protect lives and strengthens our commitment to achieving zero fatalities on Nevada’s roads.”
This initiative aims to offer fans and community members a convenient transportation option while reinforcing the importance and significance of planning ahead and making the safest travel decisions.
The perks started last June 8th, and are available until Sunday, June 14th, wherein passengers can redeem $5 off a Lyft trip using the coupon code ATHLETICS2026. There are 100 passengers per day who can avail the offer in Las Vegas, but terms and conditions apply, such as one ride per each rider, or while supplies last. So, the Las Vegas Series 2026 is all about baseball. The Athletics are playing a six-game regular-season in South Nevada, with this sporting event featuring two back-to-back three-game series at the Ballpark in Downtown Summerlin: standing as the host for the Milwaukee Brewers from June 8th to 10th, and the Colorado Rockies from June 12th to 14th.
