The New York State Police responded to Glendale Drive in Broome County town of Union shortly after 5 p.m., the closing of office hours, last Monday to report property damage.
Investigators narrated that the passenger, Jarmel Rodriques Brevard, became upset with the driver, got out of the car, a 2021 Honda Pilot, and punched the car’s rear window, causing it to break apart.
Troopers tried to find out where Brevard was after the incident, and he was located at an apartment on Glendale Drive.
