Grubhub is taking its deliveries to the next level by offering faster and smarter services, in cooperation with last-mile delivery management platform, Nash.
Faster, smarter deliveries
This week, Grubhuh unveiled its newest partnership with Nash, a leader in digital infrastructure focusing on automation and orchestration. Under this collaboration, merchants will have a greater ability to leverage Grubhub’s features and expand their on-demand driver network.
“Partnering with Nash allows us to strengthen our delivery offerings while continuing to provide merchants and [diners the reliable] service they expect,” stated Stephanie Grammel, Director of Integrations & Solutions at Grubhub. “We’re always looking for ways to improve efficiency and reach, and this partnership is a big step forward.”
Nash is a digital infrastructure for logistics orchestration and automation, transforming the delivery for top enterprise brands and platforms in the categories of food, grocery, retail, convenience, and so much more.
For restaurants and Grubhub, Nash manages on-demand, scheduled, and catering deliveries. Nash’s over 1,000 partners in its global network could help Grubhub reach more customers.
The digital infrastructure also powers a suite of products that streamline the entire delivery lifecycle, starting from checkout and dispatch to live tracking, customer communications, and issue resolution.
Nash also has its artificial intelligence technology that can completely automate the dispatch and customer support processes, resolving delays, cancellations, re-routing, and refunds without disrupting the tasks of staff and customers.
See you in Las Vegas
The integration of Nash’s innovations with Grubhub will help the latter scale deliveries significantly, processing thousands of orders weekly and helping merchants fulfill more customer demands with better efficiency. Fast, seamless deliveries at your fingertips.
Nash is also expected to coordinate workflows – on-demand, scheduled, and catering deliveries – connecting internal fleets and third-party providers, to address complexities, centralizing all those operations in just one platform. Plus, its AI-powered support agents will offer end-to-end delivery management, alongside live tracking technologies and branded updates.
After all, this is what Grubhub’s customers like. They are getting impatient and tired of slow deliveries and wrong orders. Accuracy is everything.
“Grubhub is at the very forefront of the delivery customer experience across the country,” stated Mahmoud Ghulman, Nash’s co-founder and CEO. “We’re excited about our partnership and the possibilities it unlocks for restaurants and retailers everywhere.”
The launch of this partnership can be witnessed until May 7th in Las Vegas at the Food On Demand Conference, an event that brings together industry leaders from around the food delivery sector for conversations and networking.
Grubhub is a United States-based online ordering and delivery marketplace that connects customers with their preferred local restaurants, merchants, and convenience retailers. Part of Wonder, Grubhub now has around 375,000 merchants in over 4,000 cities in the country. See this partnership in action by downloading the Grubhub app.
