A favorite amongst busy people and always on the rush, as well as those looking for affordable yet tasty gastronomic options, convenience stores are increasingly becoming meal destinations.

Right, that’s according to Grubhub’s Delivered Report 2025 wherein it has been stated that in 2024, convenience stores stepped up as a favorite dining spot for made-to-order hotdogs, bananas, and sodas.

There was just a slight shift in 2025, but in an optimistic way, when these stores became a favorite for hot, protein-forward, and grab-and-go foods like taquitos, chicken rollers, and hotdogs, still.

Grubhub has just three words to describe this magic: “Convenience got strategic.”

Just take a look how the world is celebrating this Grubhub report! There’s also Tennessee’s Weigel that keeps on introducing new initiatives.
