What you won't find on that menu but is certainly delicious news is the following announcement. Dunkin' Donuts is partnering with DoorDash to expand their Dunkin' Delivery service.
DoorDash is a startup that specializes in on-demand restaurant delivery. The company was founded by Tony Xu, Stanley Tang, Andy Fang, and Evan Charles Moore in February 2013. Its headquarters are in San Francisco, California.
The Dunkin' Delivery service expansion covers participating locations in New York and New Jersey. Dunkin' Delivery through DoorDash is already available in a number of other cities including Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, Miami and Washington D.C.
Regarding the partnership, Vice President of Digital Marketing and Innovation for Dunkin' Donuts, Sherrill Kaplan had the following to say "Our guests in the Metro New York area are some of our busiest and most loyal customers. We know that getting around can be quite time-consuming, so we're very excited to expand our Dunkin' Delivery availability through DoorDash to keep people running on our wide array of food and beverage options in a convenient and easy way. Guests around the country have been asking for Dunkin' Delivery for some time, and we are excited to continue expanding the program through partners such as DoorDash."
DoorDash via their Head of Business Development Toby Espinosa said the following. "For more than two years, DoorDash and Dunkin' Donuts have partnered to help customers get their favorite coffee, donuts and more delivered straight to their door. After successful launches across the country, we're proud to be continuing our partnership with Dunkin' Donuts by expanding Dunkin' Delivery even further in more areas of New York and New Jersey."
To entice new DoorDash customers to come on board and get access to Dunkin' Donuts delights all day, there is a special offer for $5 off an order over $20 was announced. The applicable promo code is DUNKINNYNJ and is scheduled to run through November 30.
New York and New Jersey residents can access Dunkin' Delivery by visiting www.doordash.com/dunkin or via the DoorDash app or website. DoorDash's restaurant delivery services are available Sunday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m. – 11:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday nights the services are available up until 2:00 am. Delivery is under an hour.
it should be noted that Dunkin' Donuts purchases made via the DoorDash app however are not eligible for Dunkin' points on its DD Perks® Reward Program.
