DoorDash Signs Deal With McDonald’s: What Does This Partnership Mean?

McDonald’s customers who order via DoorDash are not the happiest bunch. But, not anymore.

Old problems with McDonald’s orders on DoorDash

Previously, customers who asked for their McDonald’s food cravings through the food delivery platform experienced all the bad things. Over on Facebook, they share their stories.

“I had to get a refund on DoorDash because McDonald’s literally forgot my fries and tin,” wrote customer Andrew Davis on the social networking site.

Meanwhile, McDonald’s customer Susan Rivera believes she was scammed with her order via DoorDash.

She shared on Facebook, “So, I ordered McDonald’s on DoorDash. I got a notification it was delivered, which I thought was odd because I didn’t hear anyone and my ring didn’t notify me anyone was there. Well, that’s because they weren’t. The driver scammed me. That’s happened before, whatever whatever. The unsettling part is that they submitted a picture for proof of drop off and it IS a picture of McDonald’s on my porch. But it’s from a totally different time because the picture is during the day and it’s dark out BUT ALSO it’s a picture of a picture on someone else’s phone? So, I got scammed out of my order because someone has a picture of a picture of the outside of my house.”

There’s also this social network influencer who shared his story. His order was dropped to a random location and he never got it, so he asked if somebody else wanted it.

“Just got a notification from DoorDash that my order was dropped off… if anyone wants some free McDonalds and knows where this field is in Pigeon Forge, it’s all yours!” he stated.

Now, these are over.
