DoorDash Has Already Acquired SevenRooms 100%

In a previous report here on Ridesharing Forum, you learned that DoorDash has entered the European market and, in conjunction with this feat, has started the process of acquiring SevenRooms, a customer relationship management, marketing, and operations platform for hotels and similar businesses.

On Friday, DoorDash formally announced that it had completed the acquisition.

Now that the acquisition is in full circle, merchants can already begin to grow in-store sales, strengthen relationships with customers, and boost profitability as they go about the integration of SevenRooms’ offers, which include their best-in-class CRM, reservations, guest experience tools, and marketing tools into the DoorDash platform.
