I don’t serve crackers but I do offer mints and candy, people appreciate this as well from time to time I find a wrapper on the floor even though I supply them with a trash can in the 2nd row of seats. Some people tip for this service and most don’t I am always courteous to every customer, I contact each customer by phone to let them know of my whereabouts (ex: across the street from their address, etc.) this does not get me a tip. All I am saying is some people are nice about tipping and others are not. I believe if Uber didn’t have in their clause that pax don’t have to tip, more pax would tip the driver. IJS
