I am a reporter for the Orlando Sentinel and earlier this month I wrote a story about a young girl who called an Uber ride alone to downtown Orlando, then jumped off a parking garage. Since then, I’ve been looking into Uber’s enforcement of the underage rider policy, and driver’s experiences with the issue.
