Two riders complained about “cleanliness”

What bothers me is that rideshare support, Uber/Lyft, are absolutely unwilling to first, consult with drivers to find out about complaints by pax and get OUR input. It is an insult to drivers that support completely ignores us, over pax issues. Makes me very upset. A pax can make a spurious claim and get away with it…and a free or heavily discounted ride. Not good…:rage:

You clean it the beginning of your drive. You don’t clean it before every ride. Car gets dirty quick when you do it nonstop.

Don’t panic

Some people r just miserable ducks. Pick up more pax n after 500 more rated runs, that incident will fall off.
