For those of you saying “get over it”. Do you always let people walk all over you all day? Do you never try to improve the system? I’m curious
How do you know this pax gave you a low rating? Drivers are never told how a specific pax rates them. Also, pax don’t have to rate at all…or can wait some time before they rate a driver. So any change you see in your ratings could come from a multitude of past passenger’s. The system is designed to keep the rating anonymous.
So he left your tip hidden between the seats and you are complaining? At least you got a tip! Ungrateful much? Oh and enjoy wasting your time at the police station since you drive for Uber and have lots of strangers riding in your car. You have ZERO evidence that can link the drugs to that person and jack shit will happen at the police station unless you have video of him hiding drugs and even then if the cops actually gave a shit to try and chase someone down for some trivial amount of drugs… feel free wasting your time there so you can hear either “there is no proof connecting these drugs to numb nuts” or the most likely they gonna blow you off with “thank you! We will look into it.” Rhetoric.
You should already know that any PAX think that they’re above you, so the minute that you let them think that you’re telling them what to do, it will cost you a decent rating.

Because of the law, it was a big deal to him. You have a rider with an open container and your butt is on the line with them. Additionally, getting rid of spilled beer smell is a tough one.
My advice is to install and dashcam that records exterior and interior activity. Depending on your state you may need to place notice of audio and recording stickers on the pax entrance doors. Good luck!
I had a funny drug story from last week. Picked up a young man who needed a ride back to a friend’s house, he said, to retrieve his wallet.
Short ride, I drop him off and wait a couple minutes. He came back in the van smelling like he’s been trimming bud all day! I laughed and said, “Smells like your wallet loves the chronic!” He chuckled a little and asked me if the smell was bad. I said he was lucky I’m a friend of all things herbal and some other person might have driven him to the local police station. Another thing, a pax never knows what their driver does on the side of the ride. My advice, please don’t put your driver in legal danger. Carry any smelly green things in a very tightly sealed container. I don’t want to know what my pax are carrying…except if they’re carrying a weapon.
