I volunteer with a workers center in the SF bay area, and was recently provided with step by step instructions to submit wage claims for unfairly terminated gig workers. Companies like Uber aren’t staffed to send representatives to multiple settlement conferences, so drivers are almost guaranteed a ruling in their favor, but would a clinic to help through the process (providing things like forms and instructions) be a service that people would actually utilize?
