in my opinion, the pax is the one who controls the temperature, and when they ask the volume and the content of the radio…they are our customer and like the saying goes…the customer is always right…there are rarely some times when they might take it too far and they need to be told when and who is actually in charge, but for the things stated above …they are paying to choose.
If the pax in the back opens the window, i will open my window to prevent that. Typically, they’ll close the back window themselves because it becomes too windy and they don’t like it. I don’t care about it being windy so it doesn’t bother me. When they close theirs, i close mine.
What the hell these people think they own your car just cause they pay for a ride it’s crazy
Uber needs to communicate to riders that we are NOT their limo drivers, and they really do a piss-poor job at backing us.
