I give 5 stars all the time except once. Mostly cause idc about rating. Only time i gave a one star is cause a girl brought extra ppl
I meant people rating you. Best way to improve is study your area map,check if any events happening, know what time bars/clubs close and where the after hours bars are 
Plan your attack ahead. Ask riders what conferences are in town. What after parties follow concerts. Etc.
This whole thread is interesting. I recall another thread similar to this & the answers were starkly different.
