If you get a vehicle 15 years old(the uber limit) or newer, will you be able to use it next year?

In Seattle, Uber’s vehicle limit is ten years or newer. So, Uber drivers can only use a 2008 vehicle till the end of this year, complete ten years.

I guess I was hoping it was more of a guideline as far as getting started but once you’re off and running they wouldn’t check the age of your vehicle every year. Thanks

Uber has automated system. It checks your vehicle requirements every time you log in or go online in the app. So, there’s no way of getting around it.
