30 seconds? I’ve waited longer than that for the app to update from “arrived” to “picked up”
I don’t just start driving i verify destination and name before I take off. I likely would have moved extra slow after you came to knock on my window and I would have made sure we both got all stop signs until you made it around me
Don’t stop in street if you can help it. Verify pax before they enter. Always try to pick up in the safest area or not at all.
