Was hit by a pick up truck on my way to pick up a rider on Halloween. Went thru the process of getting insurance information and putting in a claim. Having the hardest time getting into another vehicle. It’s the 5th and I’m still not driving. On top of the weirdest feeling (I don’t like playing the race card but …) I received from the Santa Monica Ford Collision staff (Office Clerk and Boss),
I’m getting the feeling Fair and the repair place are trying to make me responsible for damages. Car already had scratches on the right side when I got the car. Dude at Fair acted like it was no big deal. Now because of this accident they are including the scratches as if this was my fault. Don’t rent with this place. They will try to sham you.
