UBER: So I was approved to drive almost two weeks ago. Even got a text asking why I hadn’t started driving yet. Went to start driving this weekend, but when I opened the app it stated to call support about a problem with my account. All they can tell me is that my background check is under review and I should get an email when it’s done with a copy of the report. I’ve had to repeat the following over a dozen times.
“I have the report, it says nothing but CLEAR on every single line and you approved me over a week ago.” So what the hell are they reviewing. It’s very frustrating as it’s cutting into the time I have for my signup bonus.
