Can't go online

So I know there’s forum topics posted around on other places. None of them are helpful to my situation though… I am new to the platform and have added all documents but am still unable to get past the select eligible vehicle message after selecting go online. I’ve tried uninstalling the app several times. Also phone support isn’t available so I’m just sitting here with no way of getting any help from the company trying to hit go online over and over again… =(

Is there any other way besides the phone support that isn’t supporting anything right now to contact them? I don’t get why they wouldn’t update there website with new hours of support or saying they can’t offer phone support right now. It’s frustrating.

Try restarting your phone. Maybe that will help…

I don’t even understand that problem. It never asks me to select eligible vehicle when I go to log on. Do you have more then one car that your using?
