I fucking hate them. They actually rig there own drivers accounts. There sick fucks, no real call centers just play sick games with drivers who they take 40% from.
It is designed to frustrate and fail! They don’t want you to do anything except work! There are 3 types of customer service. The first is that the customer is important and deserves to be treated right and taken care of, SeaFirst was like this before BofA merged them into their system. The second is poorly designed customer service with bad training, quite common. The final is designed to make it impossible to get answers, regardless if it is frustrating, actually it is designed to be frustrating so you stop calling or chatting with them. This is the type used by Uber!
