UMass Amherst is conducting one-on-one interviews to better understand the working conditions of Massachusetts rideshare and delivery drivers.
Take a short screening questionnaire (Qualtrics Survey | Qualtrics Experience Management) and participate in a 90-minute interview for $60 compensation and a chance to help in developing a new driver support tool.

You must be a verified gig driver in Massachusetts. We will ask you to provide evidence of your gig driving work, such as your most recent earnings statement on apps, and a valid driver’s license for age verification before the interview.
